We have also been putting it on top of our yogurt and ice-cream, and at times eat it by itself as a snack. We have tried both Cherries & Pistachio and Lemon Cacao and love them both.

I don't usually eat breakfast but I adore this granola as a snack at any time of the day. The extra virgin olive oil makes a huge difference in flavor - it is almost buttery in its richness. I challenge you to find an equally delicious granola! Also great for gifts - housewarming, hostess gifts, stocking stuffers!
My favorite breakfast food these days is to mix Pete's Extraordinary Granola with yogurt (usually vanilla flavored but other flavors work too), blueberries and walnuts. Sometimes I sprinkle in some hulled hemp seeds. So good.
